Last updated: December 17, 2024
1. Introduction
Welcome to RunLater. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RunLater service ("Service"), operated by RunLater ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using RunLater, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
RunLater provides a scheduled HTTP request service that allows you to:
- Schedule HTTP requests (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.) to any URL
- Set one-time or recurring schedules
- View execution logs and response data
- Configure request headers and body content
How It Works
You create scheduled requests through our dashboard. At the specified time, our servers send the HTTP request to your target URL. We log the response and notify you of any failures. You are responsible for ensuring your target endpoints can handle the requests.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@runlater.app.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using RunLater, you agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully: You will not use RunLater for spam, DDoS attacks, harassment, illegal activities, or to violate others' rights
- Respect target systems: Only send requests to systems you have permission to access
- Respect rate limits: Stay within your plan's limits and not attempt to circumvent them
